Hamburguer de feijão com palitos de batata doce

Olá! Há uns tempos atrás vimos hambúrgueres de feijão e achamos muito interessante, já que adoramos feijão! E nada melhor do que palitos de batata doce para acompanhar. O mais difícil, foi cortar a batata doce.. como é que a costumam cortar em palitos? Ela é muito mais densa que a batata normal. 

Hi! A few days ago we saw some bean burgers and we thought they were very interesting because we love beans in all kinds and colors! And they go so well with sweet potato chips. The hardest part was to cut the sweet potato.. how do you cut them guys? They're a lot more tough than the regular potatoes.  

Feijoada Vegetariana

Mas como nós sabemos, a dita feijoada tem imensas calorias, por isso decidimos tirar o chouriço e as carnes e fazer algo mais saudável e apenas com legumes. Os cogumelos aqui combinam muito bem, de certeza que irão gostar!

Hello everybody! Today it's raining and it's a bit cold. So we made something to keep us warm. You like a stew of beans? In Portugal or in Brazil we call this dish "feijoada" and it's very popular. This stew has a lot of calories due to all the meat and the chorizo that people add but we decided to keep it healthy and light so we made the "feijoada" with vegetables only. The mushrooms are an excellent option to this meal and we're sure you will enjoy it!
